“Diversity and Inclusion 60 Tips in 75 Minutes (or less)”
Wonder what the big deal is about diversity and inclusion? Wonder what the difference is between diversity and inclusion? Wonder how to get your firm thinking about incorporating diversity and inclusion into its culture? Wonder how it impacts your business, your recruiting, your retention, your bottom line and what you can do about it? Wonder how diversity and inclusion helps you make better decisions, choices and action plans? Wonder what you can do to make a difference? Wonder where to start, how to move an existing program to greater heights, how to learn more about diversity and inclusion?
This presentation will answer all of those questions as we move through a rapid fire presentation of 60 Tips on Diversity and Inclusion. No matter where you and your firm or law department are on the spectrum of making Diversity and Inclusion imperative in your business, you are bound to come away with at least a few tips and several excellent resources for use in your world. Join us to expand your knowledge on the topic and move your firm or department ahead on Diversity and Inclusion. You'll leave with a copy of the presentation and a list of resources.
