As any HR professional can tell you, walking the tightrope is an everyday reality of human resources work. HR professionals are expected to walk the line, making decisions that do not adversely affect the firm but also keep the rank-and-file employees happy. With this in mind, we have invited Susan T. Spradley of Gray Robinson to come and share tricks of the trade to help us better balance our HR responsibilities.
At this meeting we will also be announcing the winners of CFCALA's 2017 Lynn Osteen Wolf Memorial Scholarship. We hope you can join us for this very special event honoring the memory of Lynn who was not only dedicated to our profession but was also a good friend to many of our members.
