Topic: Stay Interviews & the Next Generation of Legal Assistants

So stay interviews won't lead to perfect outcomes, but they can improve engagement and retention in your firm by helping firm leaders build upon their relationships with their team.  At this meeting, we will talk to our colleagues about who is using stay interviews and what outcomes they are seeing.  We will also discuss how to go about implementing stay interviews and how to prepare for one.

We will also discuss the next generation of legal assistants and how millennials are affecting the law firm environment.  In this meeting we will discuss with our colleagues what firms are doing to attract new talent and specifically millennial talent, what is working and what is not.
