We are excited to annouce that CFCALA's August Luncheon (cancelled due to the hurricane) has officially been rescheduled!  This luncheon is going to be a truly unique interactive experience so we hope you will join us and Debbie Foster of Affinity Consulting Group as we have a roundtable discussion surrounding our -- yes, yours too! -- DISC assessments.  Debbie has been working hard preparing and asked us to share this message with you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7gtSc8CHo0.  

As Debbie said, 'DISC' is a behavioural profiling tool which enables individuals to become more self-aware about their natural tendencies -- why we act and think the way we do.  It is an incredibly powerful tool for those wanting to improve their communication skills and better understand how to relate to those around them with different communication styles.  We invite you to join us to learn more about yourself so you can work more effectively towards your goals, grow in your career, and relate to others both at home and at work in more meaningful ways. 

So what's next?  First, register!!  Then complete the DISC assessment prior to the luncheon so you can attend with your results in hand.  The cost of the assessment is $40 and -- even better -- the Chapter will reimburse members $20 toward the cost for the assessment IF they attend the meeting in person.  At the meeting, Debbie will lead a discussion to provide helpful, personalized feedback on the information contained within your individual report and insight into how you could apply what you have discovered about yourself in the workplace.

If for some reason you do not want to participate in the DISC assessment, we still would love for you to attend to listen, observe, and learn more about the benefit of these assessments!

About our Speaker:

Debbie Foster splits her time between working with clients on strategic projects, leading the team at Affinity Consulting to deliver a remarkable client experience, and building relationships with strategic partners. This is Debbie’s 23rd year with Affinity. Her first project around increasing efficiency and change management came when she computerized the ordering system in a fine dining Italian restaurant in 1994. Her first culture project came from managing a chain of dry cleaning stores in 1996. Prior to those experiences, her triage skills came from spending some time as an emergency medical technician.  Debbie’s superpower is the ability to build relationships with even the most challenging personalities.
